  2. Anti-Spark Performance Test: No visible arcing during 100 plug cycles at rated current → validates pre-charge resistor/slow-start module.
  3. Temperature Rise Test: ≤50℃ at rated current → ensures no overheating.
  4. Waterproof Test: IP67 (immerse in 1m water for 30 minutes, no water ingress) → for outdoor connectors.
  5. Vibration Test: 10-2000Hz, 15g acceleration for 2 hours → no loose components.
  6. Flammability Test: UL 94 V-0 → self-extinguishing, no fire risk.

Common Defects & Handling Solutions

Defect 1: High Contact Resistance (>15mΩ)
